2. What is Jobrapido?

Job Search
The Job Ads published on Jobrapido are taken automatically from other websites or Jobrapido Advertisers. When the Ads are taken from third party websites, Jobrapido simply indexes and publishes an extract providing the link to view the full Job Ad published on the site of origin.

Job Alert and Ads via email
By providing an email address, you can register for the "Job Alert" Service and receive email notifications about new jobs that match the search filters you set either during registration or at a later time. In addition to notifying you of new Job Ads, the "Job Alert" Service can provide the reception of direct Ads with relevant job vacancies corresponding to the search filters you set.
You can edit your search filters at any time or request that the Service be discontinued. If the User stops interacting with the links on the Job Alert, the Service will stop automatically after some time.

Curriculum Services
Jobrapido lets you upload your Curriculum Vitae onto the Evenbase Group’s database, making it and the Personal Data contained in your Curriculum Vitae available to recruiters who have subscribed to receive such information by email and/or to search for candidates in the Evenbase Group database using various search criteria (“Curriculum Services”). Curriculum Services are provided by the Evenbase Group and are subject to their legal terms and privacy policy (see www.evenbase.com for more information). You can amend, substitute your Curriculum Vitae or request that Curriculum Services are discontinued at any time.

3. Limitations of Liability

Ads scanned or indexed from other websites are not subject to any kind of prior moderation.

Jobrapido is not an employment agency and does not provide any consulting service for companies seeking personnel.

The Advertiser bears sole responsibility for the content of the Ad. Jobrapido is in no way involved in negotiations between Advertisers and Users, and exercises no control over the quality, safety or legality of the job offers, or the veracity of the information given to Advertisers by Users.

The User expressly releases Jobrapido of all liability to the extent permitted by law, in respect of any damages or claims concerning itself or third parties, arising from ads posted on the Site or sent to Users via email or made available in any manner to recruiters or third parties.
Jobrapido cannot be held responsible for Service malfunction caused by third parties upon which the performance of said Service depends.

When Users sign up to the Job Alert Service by providing their email address, they are responsible for the security of their own authentication, determined by the Jobrapido Cookie. This Cookie will remain active and automatically recognizes the User's browser until the "log out" link is clicked, which prevents automatic identification on the next visit. The links contained in the Job Alert Service emails include automatic User identification.

4. Intellectual Property

Ads scanned or indexed from other websites are not subject to any kind of prior moderation.
The "Jobrapido" brand and all trademarks, whether figurative or otherwise, and all other symbols, trade names, service marks, brand names, illustrations, graphics and logos appearing on the Site are, and remain, the exclusive property of Jobrapido and/or its licensors and are protected by the laws in force on trademarks and the related international treaties.

The images, texts and logos (such as trademarks, domain names, etc.) of third parties appearing on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely to represent ownership of the Job Ads.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms of service, apart from the exceptions provided for by consumer protection laws, are subject to Italian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan

6. Changes to these Conditions of use

Jobrapido reserves the right to alter these terms of service at any time giving notice through publication on the Website. Users who continue to use the Service after the publication of the new terms of service accept them in their entirety.

7. Definitions

Ad or Job Ad
A job advert accessible through the Site, whose content is published directly on Jobrapido or retrieved automatically from other Job Ad sites, as indicated in the ad itself, and of which Jobrapido publishes an extract.

Advertiser
Those who publish Job Ads through the Jobrapido Website.

Service
Any of the job finding tools and services made available via the Site including, without limitation, Job Alert services and Curriculum Services.

Personal Data
Personal Data is any information concerning a natural person, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number.

Interested party
The person or entity to whom the Personal Data refer.

Website or Site
Jobrapido.com, a search engine for jobs that operates through local versions in various countries of the world, identified by the jobrapido.com Website.

Data Controller
The natural person, legal person, public administration and any other organization or association with the right, also jointly with another owner, to make the decisions regarding the purposes and methods of processing of Personal Data and the means used, including the security profile, in relation to the operation and use of this Site.

User
The individual user of the Services or products of the Site.
