Sydney - Lumia Care is seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team and deliver high-quality, individualised care to clients in the Campbelltown area.
You will be matched with clients based on your qualifications, experience, and care compatibility. Services are provided across SIL houses, Day Program and Community setting.
Client Needs- CPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Ideation
- Asthma and other physical health complexities

Support Services May Include- High personal care and hygiene support
- High manual handling tasks (transfers, mobility assistance)
- Community access: social activities, appointments, shopping, groceries
- Social and emotional support
- Experience supporting clients with complex psychosocial and physical needs
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Mental Health, or equivalent is a must
- Strong communication and behaviour support skills
- Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Manual handling training and personal care experience (essential)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, overnights, and public holidays
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
